H. Theresa Pugh (Terri) joined the firm in August of 1995. In 2006, she received a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from Villa Julie College (renamed Stevenson University in 2008). She is a registered member of the Maryland Association of Paralegals (“MAP”) which includes a membership to the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (“NFPA”).
Terri assists clients with export licenses and other approvals issued by the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security, the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and the Treasury’s Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control.
